Do I Have to go to Court if I Hire a Lawyer?

Only a few courts require you to show up to your hearing if you are represented by a lawyer. Most of the time you do not need to appear. The only time my office would ask you to appear would be if we were holding a hearing and needed your testimony. This does not happen often. If your hearing is in a court where you are required to attend, my office can usually give you plenty of notice before the hearing. Of course, you are always welcome to come to court and see the lawyers in action. For more information call the office directly at 1-888-a-ticket or 425-610-4837 and we will be happy to help.
