If the DUI laws change so quickly, how do I know that the lawyers at your office stay up to date on all of the changes?  

Although we take a team approach to each of our cases, we do have a lead DUI lawyer in our office whose job it is to stay up to date on all of the changes in the law.  Attorney Jonathan Dichter spends a lot of time keeping up to date on all of the DUI laws. He is a member of the National College for a DUI and must continue to train as a DUI lawyer to keep his membership current. This summer Jonathan is studying DUI defense at Harvard. Because of his constant study of DUI law, Jonathan has been ranked in #1 DUI lawyer in our area by Avvo's unbiased ratings system. 

Jonathan meets with the other lawyers in our office on a regular basis and makes sure that each of our lawyers are also up to date on all of the changes in the law. Each of our lawyers also attend various CLEs (continuing legal education classes) the throughout the year.
