Heidi- Your volunteer time makes a difference to the children with whom you interact. No matter what you do, your presence shows students that many adults wish them success in school. Heidi was acknowledged by the Washington State Bar Association each year from 2003 to 2006 for the pro bono work she has done for low income clients.

Jonathan donates his time as the legal advisor for a High School Mock Trial team, helping teens at an alternative high school learn about the legal system.

Jonathan has volunteered for the last five years as a Sunday school teacher for youth ranging from 2nd grade to high school.

Heidi is a volunteer Board Member for the Foster Care Citizen's Review Board of Snohomish County.

Heidi and Jonathan are both ordained Ministers. Heidi donates one day each month to preforming simple wedding ceremonies at no cost. If you would like Heidi to preform your ceremony, please call the office to make arrangements.

Heidi has donated her time being a "wish grantor" for The Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Heidi offers financial support to a number of non-profit corporations and other worthwhile causes. Amongst those receiving support: $1500 to Swinomish Indian Tribal Members for fishing gear; $1200 to the Children's Hospital; $600 towards a computer for a disadvanteged student; $500 to the Lushootseed Language Program; $500 towards health care for local man; $500 worth of gift cards for Christmas presents for Native American children; $300 worth of gift cards for foster children; $100 to KidsAlive International; $100 to St. Jude's Childrens' Hospital; $100 to Hillary Clinton for President; $100 to the Make-a-Wish Foundation; $100 to United Way; $50 to the Snohomish County Bar Association; $50 to a local food bank; and many others not list here.

Heidi donated several hundred children's books to the Swinomish Reservation's library.

Heidi is a trained Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Snohomish County Superior Court.
